Jared has been the Director of Operations in Charlotte since 2017. His aim is to give aspiring business professionals the opportunity to build a career from the ground up. He focuses on building better people by finding out why people want to grow and giving them the tools to do so.

About Jared

Jared Poniatowski is an entrepreneur, business executive, and investor with a passion for developing people, building high-performing organizations, and creating opportunities for others to succeed. Since beginning his entrepreneurial journey in 2014, Jared has built a diverse portfolio spanning marketing, franchising, real estate, and small business development.

Jared launched his career in Wilmington, North Carolina, as the owner of an indoor advertising agency before identifying an opportunity in direct-to-consumer retail marketing for Fortune 100 companies. Starting as an entry-level marketing and sales representative, he quickly distinguished himself through his work ethic and leadership ability, earning a management position within just nine months. That experience shaped the philosophy that continues to guide his career today: “My success isn't just for me—it's for everyone I have the opportunity to impact.” This belief has fueled his commitment to mentoring others, developing leaders, and helping individuals achieve both personal and professional growth.

Originally from Erie, Pennsylvania, Jared attended both Gannon University and St. Bonaventure University, where he competed as a collegiate swimmer while earning a degree in Business Management. Although his roots remain firmly planted in western Pennsylvania—and he proudly supports the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Pirates—he has called Charlotte, North Carolina, home since 2017.

Before relocating to Charlotte, Jared operated his business in Charleston, West Virginia, where he successfully expanded operations into 20 cities by recruiting, training, and developing business partners to lead local markets. Today, he continues to oversee and grow an organization that spans 15 offices, with a strong emphasis on leadership development, operational excellence, and long-term business growth.

In addition to his marketing enterprises, Jared actively invests in real estate and continues to pursue new entrepreneurial ventures. He is an independent franchisee of VooDoo Brewing Co., reflecting his passion for building businesses that create value within their communities.

Jared is equally committed to giving back. He serves on the Board of Directors for the Preston Hill Foundation, a nonprofit organization dedicated to expanding opportunities for underserved youth through Little League baseball by providing funding for equipment, field improvements, registration scholarships, and youth baseball programs.

Whether building companies, mentoring future business leaders, or supporting community initiatives, Jared's mission remains the same: to create lasting opportunities, inspire an entrepreneurial mindset, and empower others to achieve success far beyond what they believed possible.

Business expansion provides more opportunities to scale business operations, as well as open new opportunities for individual growth with the organization. Our expansion consists of targeting new markets geographically and taking on clients to diversify the business portfolio.

Mentorship

As Jared continues to build his career and seek new business ventures, he seeks opportunities to mentor rising talent by helping them become skilled, ambitious business leaders. His passion to be an effective mentor is understanding when a person is early in their career, they're more likely to experience setbacks, a lack of recognition, and even criticism or discouragement from those around them.

Professional Skills Training

Teaching, training, and developing the skillset of others is one of the key components in the development of others. As the business world is constantly evolving and adapting, aspiring leaders need to learn, adapt and develop their skills according to the job market.

Leadership Development

The systematic development of good leaders is fundamental to long-term organizational success. When done right, providing ongoing development to influential individuals unquestionably delivers impact.

Philanthropy

Jared is passionate about not only impacting the people he works with but also the community. He seeks various opportunities to make a difference in the lives of others. Over the years, Jared has volunteered at the Humane Society, participated in fundraisers, such as the Home Again Foundation & Safe Alliance, and attended charitable events such as Susan G Koman.
